Israel had seen God's power from afar but they didn't yet know His heart.  In Numbers 6:22-27, God revealed who is to Israel through a blessing.  And He reveals it to us in these words that He came to embody in Jesus.

Generosity is more than just giving money away.  Generous living means living with open hands, willing to give whatever is necessary for the Kingdom of God.  It's a lifestyle of letting go.

We don't just get to do whatever we want in life.  There are always boundaries for our own protection and the well being of others.  When it comes to our spiritual life, there are also boundaries and we need to recognize them and live accordingly.

Prayer is not complicated or confusing, we just tend to make it that way.  Prayer is simply a conversation with God that can happen anywhere at any time.  When prayer becomes a rhythm of our faith in life then the conversation never stops.

The rhythm of what God is doing in our lives is beyond our comprehension.  That means it takes a spiritual awareness to realize and engage with what is going on.  Daily devotion means paying attention to and engaging with spiritual truth on a daily basis.  It may look different than you think.
